WHO WE ARE
We are Ashley and Joe, owners and operators of the Sleeping Bear Retreat at Jim Thorpe! We are a small family who bought and renovated a roadside motel in the Pocono Mountains.
Our location is everything we wanted: within 6 minutes of
Historic Jim Thorpe, one mile from one of the coolest music venues in Northeast PA, Penn's Peak, and we are surrounded by delicious restaurants and the beautiful great outdoors! You may see us out and about during your stay, feel free to say hi!
